HP Nokia 3230 rm-51 milik seorang pelanggan dibawa ke counter dengan kerusakan blink nokia 4x.Untuk kerusakan ini saya lakukan Format User Area untuk menyingkat sekaligus menghemat waktu,karena kebetulan HP ini ditunggu sama yang punya,akan tetapi jika memang Format User Area tidak bisa baru saya lakukan flashing.
Alhamdulillah dengan Format User Area HP bisa kembali normal.
Format User Area ini saya lakukan 4x,dan itu harus ada total waktu yang sama,seperti log di bawah ini :

HP HiTech Model H382 datang ke counter dalam kondisi Matot.Kata orangnya terkadang HP bisa hidup,tapi lebih banyak matinya,setelah saya ukur dengan power supply ada tegangan tapi cuma sedikit.
Langkah yang saya kerjakan adalah menambah timah di soket atau konektor keytone,dan rehot IC Flash atau IC dipanasi.
Setelah lakukan langkah di atas saya teruskan dengan Format dengan Infinity.
Alhasil HP bisi hidup lagi.HP segel htm dan biaya service 50.000 rupiah.

HP Nokia CDMA 3105 milik seorang teknisi HP yang menjadi pelanggan dibawa ke counter dengan kerusakan signal full tapi tidak bisa buat telpon.Biasanya untuk kerusakan seperti ini yang saya lakukan adalah tunning dengan software phoenix,tapi karena kata yang punya HP belum diflash jadi saya lakukan flashing terlebih dahulu.Saya menggunakan UFS-3 Tornado.
Waktu proses pertama saya chek HP tidak konek.

Tapi setelah sukses melakukan flashing kondisi HP jadi blank,cuma keluar pesan pembuka habis itu blank.aya coba ganti LCD dari HP normal bisa keluar gambar akan tetapi warna layar jadi hitam-putih,sedangkan LCD dari HP yang blank saya pasang di HP normal LCD ternyata normal.Saya lanjutkan membersihkan soket LCD dan hasilnya masih tetap seperti semula,terus saya lanjutkan dengan mencuci mesin dengan Ultrasonic,tapi kondisi HP masih tetap blank.
Akhirnya saya coba flash ulang dengan ganti firmware.
Flashing pertama saya menggunakan :
- MCU (J190V0500.nep)
- PPM (J190V0500.llp)
- CNT (J190V0500.ucp_l)
Saya ganti dengan :
- MCU (J190V0600.nep)
- PPM (J190V0600.llp)
- CNT (J190V0600.ucp_l)
Dan benar HP tidak blank lagi dan bahkan sekarang HP sudah bisa buat telpon.

HP Nokia 1110 rh-70 milik seorang User datang ke counter dengan kerusakan buzzer sama speaker tidak bunyi.
Langkah pertama yang saya kerjakan adalah bongkar HP dan Chek speaker atau buzzer (untuk HP type ini speaker sama buzzer jadi satu) dengan multitester ternyata speaker atau buzzer sudah mati.Jadi coba saya ganti dengan speaker atau buzzer original dari HP kanibalan.
Ganti pertama speaker sama buzzer bunyi tapi suara buzzer ngeprek,dan Alhamdulillah ganti yang kedua buzzer dan speaker jernih.HP segel merah.
Biaya service 35.000 rupiah.

HP Nokia 1650 milik Saudara Bos saya habis jatuh,dan kondisinya sekarang LCD pecah.
Kebetulan di counter tinggal satu itupun punya Nokia 2630,setelah coba tak pasang ternyata LCD ga cocok,terus saya coba cari di toko sparepart teman saya.Di toko teman saya kebetulan ada 4 biji,tapi saya coba semua ga ada yang pas,yang 2 biji sama dengan LCD punya saya,sedang yang satu ada garis horisontal tepat di tengah LCD,yang satu lagi gambar jernih tapi tulisan jadi terbalik,coba saya bongkar pasang tapi tetap tampilan layar terbalik.Mungkin memang tidak cocok atau LCD nya yang bermasalah.Karena yang punya HP punya waktu sedikit jadi HP kita kembalikan.
